Orders are generally processed within 1 business day and shipped via USPS. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. The charge will appear as auvoriabeauty.com on your payment statement.
1. Overview of Subscription Program Auvoria Beauty offers certain products on a recurring subscription basis (“Subscription”). By enrolling in a Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your Subscription will automatically renew at the interval you selected (e.g., every 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days) unless you cancel in accordance with these terms.
2. Automatic Billing & Payment Authorization By starting a Subscription, you authorize Auvoria Beauty to automatically charge your provided payment method for each recurring order until you cancel. Charges will occur on the renewal date listed in your account. You agree that Auvoria Beauty may charge the payment method on file without further authorization.
If your payment method fails, we may attempt to process the charge multiple times and/or contact you to update your payment details.
3. Pricing & Changes to Pricing All Subscription prices are subject to change. If pricing changes, we will notify you in advance using the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Subscription after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
4. Subscription Renewal Schedule Your Subscription will renew automatically based on the frequency you select at checkout. Renewal orders will be processed and shipped within our standard fulfillment timelines. You will receive an order confirmation email for each renewal.
5. Pausing, Modifying, or Canceling Your Subscription You may pause, modify, or cancel your Subscription at any time by: Logging into your Auvoria Beauty customer portal, or Contacting our support team at [email protected] To avoid being charged for the next shipment, any changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Changes made after this cutoff may not apply until the following billing cycle.
6. Refunds & Returns for Subscription Orders Returns and refunds follow our standard Return Policy. If a refund is issued, it may be processed to the original payment method or as store credit at our discretion.
7. Cancellation for Fraud or Abuse Auvoria Beauty reserves the right to cancel or refuse any Subscription if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected. If we terminate your Subscription, you will be notified via email.
8. Email & SMS Consent By enrolling in a Subscription, you agree to receive transactional emails and messages related to your subscription status, renewal reminders (where required), shipment notifications, and account updates.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current. Auvoria Beauty reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion. Payments must be completed before processing, and accepted methods will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or unforeseen events. Auvoria Beauty is not liable for delays beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once products are delivered. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed before checkout.
Returns and refunds follow the Auvoria Beauty Return Policy. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe outlined in the Return Policy.
